Tropico is seeking a Founding Sales Lead to accelerate growth in Europe from our Milan base. You will own the full sales cycle—from cold outreach to signed contracts—while shaping our GTM playbook with the leadership team.
You bring 5+ years selling cybersecurity B2B, ideally with a vendor, are fluent in Italian and professional English, and are based in or willing to move to Milan. You thrive when there is no playbook and enjoy frontline customer engagements.
