Experteer Overview In this role you drive quality and performance across the logistics service supply chain, partnering with internal teams and 3 PLs to ensure high standards and customer satisfaction. You will implement KPI reporting, enforce SLAs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost operational effectiveness. The position sits in the Supply Chain team in Milano, offering collaboration across Europe in an international environment. You'll shape processes that enhance the customer experience and support Nexi's mission to transform digital payments. Retribuzione / Benefits Monitor quality across the logistics service supply chain, including internal activities and 3 PLs Implement and monitor KPI reporting and control tools for outsourced processes Calculate and issue penalties for non-compliance with SLAs Share results with internal stakeholders and suppliers,
