A Snapshot of Your Day
Join Siemens Energy as a Construction Site Manager and take the lead in the on-site construction of High-voltage (HV) connection works for Datacenter projects. Imagine ensuring safe and compliant execution through energization and handover while being accountable for site progress. You will coordinate subcontractors and internal teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in line with Siemens Energy's quality and EHS standards. Your strong technical leadership will be essential in managing complex construction environments,



interfacing effectively with customers and stakeholders, and driving swift resolution of site issues in fast-paced data center programs.
How You'll Make an Impact
Lead on-site execution of HV connection activities, ensuring compliance with schedule, budget, and performance targets.
Plan and supervise site set-up and organization to enable smooth delivery in live or space-constrained data center environments.
Coordinate internal resources and subcontractors, driving collaboration and compliance with method statements and QA/QC requirements.
Monitor time schedule progress using specific customer tools and dedicated reporting.
Manage technical and commercial matters on-site in close alignment with the Project Manager and Project Engineer, including progress reporting and cost control.
