On behalf of an important Cosmetics Company we are looking for a:

Financial & Business Controller

Reporting directly to the CFO, your mission will be to support financial planning and controlling activities, ensuring accurate reporting, business analysis, and cross-functional support to drive company performance and efficiency.

Prepare and improve management reporting and profitability analyses to support business decisions.
Perform variance analyses and ad hoc financial analyses, providing actionable recommendations.
Support financial evaluation of investments and cost optimization initiatives.
Develop and enhance reporting tools and dashboards in collaboration with Headquarters.
Participate in process improvement and system development projects, including AI-related tools.
Partner with internal departments, including Sales, on budgeting, forecasting,

and customer-related analyses.
Prepare KPI reporting and performance analyses, including P&L; and customer profitability analysis.

5+ years of experience in Controlling, preferably within FMCG or consumer goods companies.
~ Strong analytical skills and solid understanding of financial and business processes.
~ Very good knowledge of SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools is considered a plus.
~ Fluent English, both written and spoken.
~ Availability for occasional business travel, including visits to Headquarters
