A unique opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Private Executive Assistant to support a high-profile international CEO and their family from a Milan-based office. This is a varied and fast-paced role combining approximately 70% private support with 30% business support , requiring someone who thrives in a dynamic, ever-changing environment. Working closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will oversee a broad range of private, lifestyle and household responsibilities while also providing business support when required. This is a trusted position where discretion, initiative and impeccable organisation are essential.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Private & Lifestyle Support
Extensive international travel planning, including flights, hotels, restaurants, ground transportation and detailed itineraries.
Managing multiple residential properties across the UK and Italy, including maintenance, renovations, suppliers and household operations.
Coordinating household staff and local service providers.
Managing insurance policies, vehicle administration and property-related documentation.
Overseeing personal appointments, gifting and day-to-day lifestyle management for the principals.
Supporting international relocations and extended stays.
Coordinating pet care, travel documentation and veterinary appointments.
Monitoring ongoing projects, maintaining trackers and proactively managing deadlines.
Business Support
Processing expenses and purchase orders.
Office administration and organisation.
Supporting meetings, catering and hospitality arrangements.
Coordinating gifts and corporate acknowledgements.
Providing holiday and sickness cover for the Executive Assistant to the CEO.
General administrative support as required.
