Experteer Overview In this role, you will perform hands‐on R&D; in a biology-focused environment, contributing to m RNA therapeutics, cell therapy and viral vectors. You'll analyze data, run experiments, and collaborate with cross‐functional teams to improve processes and enable manufacturing transfer. and viral vectors Perform hands‐on laboratory experiments and analyze results Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to optimize processes Support technology transfer to manufacturing Contribute to project advancement and documentation of scientific findings Responsibilities Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Strong aseptic technique and experience with cell culture and molecular biology Experience with analytical methods and equipment (HPLC, spectrophotometry, PCR) Proficiency in experimental design, data analysis, and scientific documentation Knowledge of c GMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical/biotech Experience with technology transfer and process scale‐up preferred Strong problem‐solving, organization, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and collaboratively; manage multiple projects Schedule flexibility including occasional evenings/weekends Fluency in English; additional languages beneficial #J-18808-Ljbffr
