Radiometer is seeking a Regional Customer Care Leader based in Milan, Italy. This role will lead a high-performing Customer Care team, manage KPIs, and enhance customer journey initiatives across EMEA.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in customer care operations, strong leadership skills, and proficiency with ERP and CRM systems. A BA/BS degree in a relevant field is essential, alongside proficiency in English and another major European language.
The compensation ranges between 70-90K EUR with premio eligibility and comprehensive benefits.
