The position combines strategic thinking with hands‐on execution, requiring strong ownership from discovery through delivery. Improve merchant and shopper experiences across critical payment journeys, including onboarding, checkout, refunds, disputes, payouts, reporting, and platform reliability. Identify opportunities to reduce friction, improve product quality, lower support demand, and increase user trust through continuous optimization. Use data insights, customer feedback, support trends, and business signals to determine priorities and make informed product decisions. Collaborate with payment partners to improve integrations, manage dependencies, deliver enhancements, and resolve technical or operational challenges.
