Categoria: Industrial / Manufacturing Luogo di lavoro: Milano e provincia The role ensures global compliance of packaging food contact materials across Europe, Asia and the Americas, defining processes, policies and standards while supporting local teams in all regions. Drive the implementation of the FCMs compliance framework (strategy, policy, procedures, programs, and systems) for Packaging PVM products. Monitor and interpret legislative developments and technical requirements in key markets, either indirectly through local packaging teams or directly in the absence of Regulatory support. Assess the impact of regulatory changes on packaging materials and define action plans in collaboration with local packaging departments, procurement, quality teams, suppliers, and external laboratories. Identify testing needs, establish appropriate testing protocols, and evaluate laboratory results (directly or by supporting local teams) to drive clear conclusions. Perform risk assessments as required.



Act as the primary point of contact for local packaging organizations and support training and educational initiatives. Support the implementation and maintenance of systems to keep detailed records of FCM-related information, including Declarations of Compliance (Do Cs) and other critical documentation. Build and maintain a network of external service providers (e.g., testing laboratories, regulatory monitoring partners, training providers). Collaborate with the Group R&D; Packaging Sustainability & Compliance team to streamline and enhance the Packaging Compliance process across the organization. Requisiti Degree in a scientific discipline (Food Science, Material Science, Chemistry, CTF/Pharmacy, Biology/Biotechnology, Toxicology, or similar). Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role within an international environment, including at least 3 years in the Food Industry.
