Bending Spoons – Office Manager (Milan / Madrid / Warsaw)
We are seeking office managers to create welcoming, efficient, and inspiring workplaces for our teams in Milan, Madrid, or Warsaw. Oversee access, safety, temporary passes, emergency procedures, and security checks.
Identify opportunities and drive creative improvements in workplace experience.
Reasoning ability : solve complex problems, use first principles, and pay attention to detail.
On‐site presence : work from office each day in the chosen location.
Proficiency in English : read, write, and speak in English.
Proficiency in the local office language : read, write, and speak in Italian, Polish, or Spanish.
