Experteer Overview As Cluster Finance Controller for two ultra-luxury Sardinia properties, you lead financial operations, controls and performance across a multi-property setting. You will partner with General Managers to implement policies, safeguard profitability and drive financial strategy. The role blends control, reporting, budgeting, and treasury leadership to support luxury hospitality excellence. You will collaborate with regional and corporate offices to align financial governance with strategic goals. This is a high-visibility, impact-focused opportunity in a premium resort cluster. Retribuzione / Benefits Oversee financial control including sales, purchasing, salaries and expenses; implement and review financial policies; ensure audit compliance Produce monthly GAAP financial reports; oversee budgeting and forecasting; long-term planning; monthly and annual reporting Monitor budgets; report major deviations; partner with two General Managers to implement controls and action plans Assist General Managers with local policies,



internal controls and safeguards to ensure profitability and control of operations Advise GMs, HODs and finance teams on financial matters Treasury management, cash planning, optimize cash use; monitor tax law changes and implement policy updates Support opening of new products; assist with accounting for asset sales or ownership changes Maintain communication with Belmond regional office (Milan) and Cheval Blanc corporate (Paris); report to Divisional Financial Controllers and GMs Responsabilità Proven experience as Director of Finance / Financial Controller in luxury or ultra-luxury hotels or resorts Strong cluster / multi-property exposure preferred Solid leadership skills with commercial mindset and hands‐on approach Fluent in English and Italian Requisiti fondamentali Permanent contract Premio Accommodation Company car #J-18808-Ljbffr
