Excellent knowledge of the English language 3. Preferably specialization course or Master Job Functions Menu engineering Analysis and evaluation of food and beverage costs Preparation of the monthly rota for the F&B; departments Management of F&B; staff (coordination of departmental tasks and management of employee leave) Management of the department's correspondence and the commitments of the F&B; Director Candidate selection activities for the F&B; department in collaboration with Human Resources Support to the F&B; Director in job interviews Support to the Human Resources office in organizing training activities Hostess requisition Implementation of a customer database system for F&B; Quotes and P. O. Sourcing equipment for events E-mail booking CR (Central Reservation)
