Job Description

FICEP S.p.A., a company operating in the metalworking industry, is looking to strengthen its workforce by recruiting a:

CNC MILLING MACHINE OPERATOR

The person will join the Mechanical Machining Department and will work as part of a dynamic team.

Requirements

Minimum experience in the role, preferably in companies operating in the metalworking industry.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
Knowledge of the characteristics of mechanical components.
Good ability to use the main measuring instruments.
Knowledge of material characteristics (machinability, cutting parameters, and tools for machining operations).
Good knowledge of the main mechanical machining processes: finishing, drilling, roughing, reaming and tapping

Offer Details

Working hours: Full-time, on a two-shift schedule (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00), Monday to Friday.
Gross annual salary (RAL): €25,000–€35,000, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
