We are looking for a Corporate Accounting Intern Beauty to join our Corporate Accounting function in the Home Care, Personal Care and Beauty Business Unit, within Beauty Division, based in Milan.
How you make the difference
You will make a difference by supporting activities related to credit management and administrative processes towards customers. You will contribute to ensuring the correct management of collection flows and fiscal documentation, collaborating with different internal and external stakeholders and developing a solid understanding of the company’s administrative‑financial processes.
How your agenda looks like:
- You will support credit recovery activities, helping in the monitoring of customers’ open positions
- You will take care of the issuance and management of fiscal documents and active invoicing activities
- You will collaborate in the management of customer accounting and in the correct registration of transactions
- You will provide support in control and collection reconciliation activities




- You will work closely with the sales force and customers to support the management of administrative requests
- You will contribute to the dialogue with customer administrations for the resolution of any critical issues and the correct management of procedures

Your team:
You will directly report to the Credit Manager.
What makes you a great fit:
- You hold a Master’s degree, or a Bachelor’s degree followed by a Master’s, in Economics, Management, or related fields, with an interest in pursuing a growth path in Finance
- You have an excellent command of the English language
- You have strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel, along with solid analytical skills
- Proactivity, autonomy, a strong results orientation, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment are soft skills that distinguish you
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
