Hotel Domani in Lombardy seeks a Hotel Operations role to ensure staff work together to deliver excellent guest service and meet guest needs. You will supervise opening/closing duties, inspect grooming and inventory, and monitor dining rooms for service and safety.
You will assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees; serving as a role model for the Open Door policy.
