Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is looking for an enthusiastic, service‑driven Bell Attendant to join our Guest Services team and help create unforgettable moments through genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and personalized service.
Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and confidence from arrival to departure
Assist with luggage handling, room escorts, and departure arrangements
Provide recommendations and insider tips on Florence’s attractions, restaurants, and local experiences
Support guests with information about hotel services, events, facilities, and operating hours
Greet all guests throughout the lobby and proactively offering assistance
Deliver luxury touches, including shoeshine services
Perform valet parking duties
Maintain a clean and organized luggage storage area
Collaborate closely with the Front Desk, Concierge, and Door Staff teams, st
