Airelles is seeking a Head Concierge for our Venice property to deliver exceptional, personalized service in a luxury setting. You will lead the Concierge team, anticipate guest needs, and uphold Airelles' standards of discretion, elegance, and memorable experiences.
The role requires 2–3 years in a similar luxury hotel position, fluency in Italian and English, and the ability to manage complex requests and build strong vendor relationships for seamless guest journeys in Venice.
