The Production and Capacity Planner will be part of the Order Fulfilment team and will collaborate with various functions such as Production, Quality, Customer Service, and Supply Chain for daily activities, with a specific focus on slitting operations.
Schedule slitting machines in line with service objectives defined by Supply Chain (OTIF and OTD).
Support shipment planning for national and international customers, ensuring compliance with service timelines.
Coordinate handling of finished products, semi‐finished products, including through external providers.
Contribute to process improvement projects aimed at optimizing service KPIs, production efficiency, and order management.

Update and monitor KPI reporting according to company standards.
Interface with Customer Service for order confirmations, ensuring customer needs are met effectively.
Support immediate responses to external requests, commercial, supply chain, and operations, through the use and development of production planning tools.
Support inventory accuracy, stock analysis.
Identify bottlenecks between industrial and commercial product planning, ensuring consistency with communicated forecasts, identify potential issues, and promptly report expected impacts.
You possess a high level of knowledge and experience in analysis, supply chain planning or production planning.
You have a bachelor's degree in economics, engineering or similar.
You can build customer loyalty and foster a customer‐centric team environment.
You have strong relational skills and a capability to collaborate with the different functions of the plant.
