In this role, you will contribute your deep operational expertise to help design intelligent tools that accurately reflect real-world network security workflows and decision-making. Working closely with product managers and AI specialists, you will bridge technical knowledge and product innovation while influencing the development of solutions used by enterprise security teams. The position offers a collaborative, remote-first environment with meaningful impact on cutting‐edge AI initiatives and the flexibility of a temporary engagement with potential for extension. Accountabilities Define and document the day-to-day responsibilities,



workflows, and operational practices of enterprise network security engineers across a variety of industries and organizational sizes. Serve as the subject matter expert on network security operations, providing guidance on firewall management, cloud and SASE security, policy lifecycle management, compliance, vulnerability management, troubleshooting, and security operations. Collaborate with product managers and AI engineering teams to transform domain expertise into AI-driven capabilities, use cases, acceptance criteria, and product enhancements. Review, validate, and improve AI-generated outputs to ensure technical accuracy, practical relevance, and alignment with real-world enterprise environments.
