Overview
The VP of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing and driving the marketing demand strategy and activities across B2C enrollments and B2B school districts. The VP of Marketing plays a crucial and hands‐on role in developing and implementing effective marketing initiatives to promote schools, B2B products/services, build brand awareness, and drive revenue growth. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, creative vision, and hands‐on ability to drive leads and revenue growth. This leadership role requires a proven marketing professional with a passion for education.
Essential Duties
Marketing strategy
Develop and execute the overall B2C and B2B marketing strategy. Collaborate with the executive team to define the marketing goals, objectives, campaigns, and strategies aligned with enrollment, retention, and revenue growth.




Develop comprehensive marketing plans to achieve these goals and oversee their execution.
Brand management
Establish and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with the target audience.
Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all personas, marketing channels and touchpoints.
Understand brand motivators state by state and monitor brand perception and make necessary adjustments to enhance brand positioning.
Marketing programs
Lead the marketing team through various marketing programs including PPCi and lead generation activities, digital advertising, retargeting/nurture campaigns, content marketing, brand marketing, marketing partnerships, and local events and conferences.
Product marketing
Collaborate with product management teams to develop effective product marketing strategies.
Define target market segments, positioning, and value propositions for each product or service.
