Experimental Roma, opening in October 2026 on Via Ludovisi, seeks a Restaurant Manager to oversee the venue under the supervision of the Restaurant Manager. You will ensure smooth operations and maintain high standards of food and beverage service in a welcoming, guest-focused atmosphere.
You will train and supervise the restaurant team, manage payroll and inventory, and ensure health and safety compliance across the venue, while contributing to a culture of exceptional hospitality.
