What makes you unique
- Secondary school and Mechanical background / HVAC specialization
- Diploma in Reefer/HVAC maintenance or equivalent
- Certification to operate with refrigerants (F-gas)
- At least 3 years of experience in HVAC/Refrigeration systems onboard ships or similar environments
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems
- Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and spare parts management
- Good level of English (minimum B2)
- Structured, reliable, and safety-oriented mindset
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork attitude

You will ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of onboard HVAC and refrigeration systems, contributing to Guests' comfort, energy efficiency, and overall operational excellence.
HVAC & Refrigeration Operations
- Monitoring, operating, and maintaining HVAC systems, chilled water systems, and air-conditioning plants
- Ensuring proper functioning of refrigeration systems including provision rooms, compressors, and piping systems
- Maintaining catering and cooled equipment such as ice machines, beverage systems, and galley refrigeration units
- Performing preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns and ensure system efficiency.
Team Management & Coordination
- Managing HVAC Technicians and supporting their development and performance
- Allocating tasks, monitoring results, and ensuring quality standards
