Amazon's Brand Innovation Lab ("BIL") is looking for a full-stack Art Director to create one-of-a-kind campaigns for a wide range of leading global brands across every advertising vertical. You'll partner with other multi-disciplinary creatives, solutions managers, producers, and software developers to create first-class full-funnel customer experiences across the "Amazon Canvas" (Prime Video, Alexa, Twitch, Live Sports, Amazon Music). You'll lead projects and own client relationships, focusing on creating work that benefits the end customer while expanding what's creatively possible—from brief to execution.
This role will use data, insights,

and creativity to create campaign strategy and concepts, develop designs and the look and feel for experiences, as well as templates for never-before-done brand experiences that will solve customer problems, on and off Amazon platforms. You have strong conceptual, presentation, storytelling, and project management skills, as well as digital media expertise, and of course, a keen attention to detail.
Your portfolio should feature interesting, innovative, insight-driven campaigns and ideas that solve an advertiser problem through a variety of different media channels, including but not limited to video, social, digital (website design), activations, and outdoor.
