Please consider that our internship is unpaid. Job Description Assist in the design and development of chatbot dialogues and workflows. Analyze user interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement in the chatbot's performance. Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer support teams to align chatbot content with business objectives. Help implement and test new features and functionalities to improve chatbot capabilities. Monitor chatbot performance metrics and report on key insights to the team.

Support the training and updating of chatbot responses to ensure accuracy and relevance. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for enhancing the chatbot experience. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and chatbot technologies. Required Qualifications Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with a focus on user experience. Familiarity with chatbot platforms and technologies, such as Dialogflow, Rasa, or Microsoft Bot Framework. Experience or coursework in computer science, AI, linguistics, or a related field. Ability to create clear and engaging conversational flows. Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and techniques. Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or similar. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
