Vitale is looking for a Senior Analyst to work within our team with a focus on mergers & acquisitions and other type of corporate finance transactions including debt and equity capital markets advisory, across a number of industries. The candidate will be working in our team based in Milan, supporting both origination and execution activities. Responsibilities Perform extensive company and industry quantitative and qualitative analyses and prepare company and industry profiles Draft client presentations, marketing materials, information memorandum, pitches, etc. Carry out financial modelling (including DCF, LBO, DDM and merger financial model), valuation, sensitivities, comparable valuations, and market-specific analysis Manage interns across various workstreams by providing guidance and feedback, as appropriate Attend client meetings Execute live deals which may include sell/buy side M&A;,



spin-offs, carve-outs, LBOs and equity and debt advisory across all the industries Experience, Skills and Competencies Required Prior experience within a top tier corporate finance adviser/investment bank 2-5 years of professional experience in the Corporate Finance sector Ability to work in a demanding environment on multiple time-sensitive projects Analytical, quantitative and financial modelling skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluent in Italian and English Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines Bachelor or Master's degree in finance or business administration from a top-tier business school #J-18808-Ljbffr
