They will be able to identify and resolve issues on the connectivity infrastructure and establish security best practices. They are ultimately responsible for maintaining infrastructure systems – including Network, Zero Trust Segmentation (AKA Micro‐Seg), NGFW, NAC and Load Balancing. Job Description – Grade Specific Key responsibilities encompass: Technical Excellence: Demonstrating good knowledge of infrastructure and preference for CCNP certifications. Operational focus: responsible for creating and generating configuration changes, responding to more complex and technical incident response and troubleshooting. Incident Management: Playing a central role in tier 3 specialist incident response and resolution. Collaborating with vendor teams for complex incident response.
