Experimental Roma will open in Rome and seeks a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily service at the new venue on Via Ludovisi. You will ensure smooth operations, deliver high-quality food and beverage experiences, and cultivate a welcoming guest-focused environment.
You will train the restaurant team, manage payroll and hours, monitor KPIs, and control inventory and purchasing while maintaining Health & Safety compliance. This is a full-time onsite role in Rome.
