Responsibilities Serving as a point of contact for all human resources questions and duties Supporting the organisation and delivery of training programs, development plans, and team-building initiatives Supporting the promotion of value-added benefits, wellness initiatives, and training opportunities Maintaining personnel files to ensure confidentiality and compliance with all legal regulations and firm policies Supporting all phases of recruiting efforts including candidate selection processes and onboarding activities Developing and maintaining relationships with target law schools, career services, and vendors Supporting the execution of events, initiatives, and strategic projects aligned with Human Capital & Talent priorities Requirements Experience in human resources or recruiting or professional services environment, preferably Excellent proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken A Bachelor's degree or equivalent Soft Skills Communication Team-building Relationship management Confidentiality Compliance #J-18808-Ljbffr
