About The Role
Revolut's Talent team shapes how we support our people and ensure a seamless experience every day. From onboarding to coaching and development, they partner with teams across the business to create a people‐first environment that enables growth and success. We're looking for a Facilities Manager to join our team in Milan on a 12‐month fixed‐term contract. This role is specifically reserved for candidates belonging to Protected Categories (Iscrizione al collocamento mirato – L. 68/99).
What You'll Be Doing
Own the end-to-end process for ordering back‐office materials, stationery, and tech accessories.
Manage orders for office snacks,

catering for events, coffee supplies, and daily food perks for the team.
Handle couriers and general inquiries with a professional and friendly attitude.
Assist local operations with basic data entry, data tracking, and documentation management.
Keep the office organised, welcoming, and functional, and liaise with building management and external vendors when needed.
What You'll Need
Belong to a Protected Category (Iscrizione alle Liste del Collocamento Mirato – Legge 68/99).
1+ years of experience in office administration, secretarial roles, reception, or customer service.
Fluency in Italian.
Fluency in English.
Solid knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) or MS Office.
Nice to Have
Experience in a fast‐paced, retail, or multinational environment.
