Dolce Society is a direct‐to‐consumer apparel brand celebrating Italian heritage — embroidered and printed tees, hats, and more, sold through our own Shopify store. We run performance marketing in‐house and are looking for someone to help manage our Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads day to day. What You'll Do New creatives land continuously in a shared folder, tracked row by row. Work through them in order, launching each as its own Meta ad campaign starting at a $100 budget. Once a campaign has run long enough to show meaningful data, check in with me and share the results before moving forward. Budget increases go through me — generally up to +20% every 3 days for anything that's performing well.
