Trellix is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Italy to drive loyalty and adoption of Trellix solutions. You will report to the Director of Customer Success and work with customers ranging from system administrators to Chief Security Officers.
You will articulate value, develop success plans, and partner with Sales to identify expansion, retention, and renewal opportunities, while advocating for customers and managing escalations.
