Four Seasons Hotels Ltd in Venice seeks a Commis de Partie to support our luxury culinary team, preparing high‐quality items while upholding safety and hygiene standards at all times.
You will work alongside skilled chefs, maintain mise en place, manage labeling and storage, and contribute to reducing waste while delivering excellent guest experiences. Fluency in English and Italian and a collaborative, detail‐oriented approach are essential; weekends and holidays may be required.
