Experteer Overview As part of the Service Department, you will be the main point of contact for post‑sales service, driving spare parts sales and end‑to‑end technical support. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure timely service and order fulfillment, while proposing refurbishment options and upgrade kits. You’ll contribute to commercial offers and monitor performance across regions, shaping the service and spare parts business. This role offers impact through improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency in a global, collaborative environment.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Be the primary contact for customers on post‑sales service topics and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate service requests, maintenance, auditing, and spare parts supply with internal functions
- Propose refurbishment solutions, upgrade kits, and new machine formats to customers
- Manage sales of original spare parts and accessories, identifying opportunities
- Prepare and negotiate commercial offers and manage the process to order closure




- Support Area Managers in defining offers and sizing spare parts sales within proposals
- Ensure timely order fulfillment from entry to shipment with warehouse coordination
- Monitor spare parts performance by customer and region (sales, service levels, backlog, timelines, payment terms)
- Identify operational or commercial issues and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement

Responsabilità
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in spare parts sales, aftermarket, or machinery‑related roles
- Solid understanding of logistics, warehouse operations, order management, and ERP systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate cross‑functionally
- Excellent interpersonal, commercial, and negotiation skills
- Strong customer orientation, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to meet deadlines
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel interna
