Nikolaus Bagnara AG, a leading company in natural stone processing based in Eppan. We are proud to offer high quality products and services to meet the highest standards. To strengthen our team we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) in the back office in Eppan.Your ideal profile
- Experience in administrative or commercial areas
- Good organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Familiarity with modern IT tools and the use of email programs
- Willingness to work flexibly and take on various tasks
- Good knowledge of German and Italian, English an advantage

Your tasks:
- General administrative tasks to support the team
- Management of company email and processing of incoming inquiries




- Assistance at the switchboard and first point of contact for customers and partners
- Organization and booking of hotel reservations for employees and guests
- Active participation in the design of back office processes
