In this role, within OW's Organization & Internal Consulting Unit,
you will be involved in the implementation and execution of the organization across the Group according to the needs of the various business areas and in accordance with the logic underlying the business model;
you will also work in close collaboration with other Departments.
Main Activities
- Analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources.
- Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs and training materials.
- Implementing and updating the organization model and related project activities (job description;
skills model;
academy implementation;
development of organization-related content on the intranet, etc.).
- Defining, maintaining and tailoring organizations processes as required by the group Business Unit.
- Developing and maintaining management tools, including relevant project methods and templates, fit-for-purpose.
- Interviewing executives and senior managers and facilitating targeted skills development initiatives.
