- Contribute to developing and executing long‑term strategies for the assigned commodity, ensuring optimal procurement KPI performance.
- Integrate commodity strategies into product leadership, sales, engineering, and manufacturing objectives.
- Drive supplier selection, development, and overall supplier management for new product development, supporting engineering, sales, product leadership, and procurement.
- Serve as a point of reference for Product Leadership, Sales, and Engineering on product strategy of the assigned commodity.
- Develop negotiation strategies and lead negotiations to achieve supply‑chain goals for both single POs and strategic partnerships.
- Negotiate and issue purchase orders with suppliers,



achieving the lowest possible cost balanced against quality and schedule needs.
- Develop procurement initiatives for cost‑out programs, deflation, cycle reduction, BVC procurement, and cash‑flow improvement (e.G., rebates, payment terms).
- Leverage S&OP; data to match and optimize supplier capacity with business goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Economics from an accredited university or college, with experience in procurement or commodity management.
- Strong procurement and supply‑chain experience.
- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions.
- Positive attitude toward change and openness to challenges.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Availability to travel.
