We are looking for an Internal Sales Specialist in our PC Business Unit. The candidate will be experienced in building excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge.
The internal Sales Specialist will generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers and engaging in general conversations around a solution/product area, always aiming to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and margin targets.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage the customer lifecycle.
- Develop relationships with key internal and external contacts.




- Engage in active inside selling by using a number of different sources to gain information on customers and utilize this to maximise call potential and outcomes.
- Manage customer backorder and report using specialist knowledge.
- Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions.
- Drive sales of specific products/vendors where specific knowledge is required, collaborating with colleagues and the General Sales Force.
- Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, regularly reviewed and updated to ensure active closure of opportunities.

What we are looking for:
- 1-2 years of experience.
- Numerate with good attention to detail.
- Excellent telephone manner and effective communication skills.
- Priority management and planning skills.
- Strive to achieve set targets.
- Understands the sales process.
- Ideal candidates will have previous experience with IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM.
