Overview Jinko ESS is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support the supply chain operations in the EU.Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the daily operation and management of overseas warehouses to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Follow up on receipt and dispatch of goods and perform inventory management to ensure efficient inventory turnover.
- Deliver warehouse goods to project sites by less-than-truckload (LTL), full truckload (FTL), and express delivery, and ensure after-sales goods are delivered without delay.
- Manage inventory for overseas warehouses and maintain balanced accounts.
- Handle abnormal incidents in overseas warehouses and during transportation delivery.
- Manage monthly accruals, reconciliation, and payment of logistics expenses.
- Handle import and export matters in overseas warehouses.
- Other related warehouse duties as assigned.

Position Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese, or Italian and Chinese, or Italian and English.
- Experience in logistics and warehousing in the Class 9 dangerous goods sector is preferred but not required.
- Having a forklift license is a plus but not required.
