Responsibilities
- Ensuring timely and accurate recording of various business transactions (e.G. invoices, receipts, payroll costs, taxes, etc.)
- Support for active billing activities for National, EU and Non‑EU customers, in collaboration with the sales and service departments
- Issuing credit notes, adjustments, and reversals in compliance with company procedures
- Assisting in the preparation of tax returns
- Independent management of accounting activities and preparation of financial statements for some of the Italian and foreign companies within the Group
- Preparing monthly accounting reports and assisting external auditors during audit activities
- Contributing to the preparation of the consolidated financial statements and the documentation required for transfer pricing purposes within the Group Qualifications & Skills
- Education in business administration;
a degree in economics is an advantage
- Several years of experience in auditing firms, tax consultancy, or accounting
- Structured and meticulous working method
- Good communication skills, ability to work in a team




- Excellent knowledge of English, Italian and German

- Total compensation: €38,000 – €56,000 of which 20% is a variable premio based on goal achievement

The compensation range provided is based on the current scope and location of the role. Should the position's responsibilities, seniority level, or location differ during the recruitment process, the applicable compensation range may be adjusted accordingly, in line with local market conditions and internal compensation frameworks.
