Overview Common Law Trainee / Newly Qualified role in a leading law firm with offices in Milan, Rome and London. The firm handles transactions across multiple jurisdictions and works on some of the largest and most complex deals, leveraging its unrivalled multi-jurisdictional expertise.
Location: Milan, with potential exposure to other offices. PQE: Trainee to Newly Qualified. Area of Expertise: Private Practice. Reference: GM2769.
Responsibilities
- Support partners on transactional matters for a range of clients.
- Collaborate with senior lawyers to provide high-quality transactional advice.
- Develop teamwork and client-service skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and desirable experience
- Ideally holds a law degree achieved in England.
- Experience in capital markets (equity and debt) with a major law firm is desirable.
- Fluency in Italian is advantageous;
experience of living and working in Italy is a plus.
- Strong academic credentials and a willingness to be challenged.
