Senior TA Lead & Business Partner – Italy & Europe (DXC | Luxoft) We are seeking experienced SQL and BE developer to join our consulting team supporting the FF Desk of a major financial institution in Italy. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in banking environments, with a solid understanding of Fund Financing processes and data management. Exposure to SQL and Java and TS is highly desirable. - Provide technical leadership, guidance, and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and participate in requirements gathering and analysis,
ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.
- Design and validate technical solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Contribute to coding activities to support critical development phases and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
- Oversee and support testing processes, ensuring software quality and compliance with specifications.
- Manage version control and release processes, maintaining code integrity and proper documentation.
Mandatory Skills Description
- Design, develop, and maintain bespoke application with dashboards and analytical tools using SQL and Java and TypeScript , Spring Boot and React .
- Collaborate with users and teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Optimize data models and cube structures for performance and scalability
- Support integration with upstream systems and ensure data consistency across bank platforms
