YOUR ROLE
We are looking for an energetic and process-driven Commercial Sales Controller
to join our HQ Finance Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy). Reporting to
the CFO,
you will support operations through proactive steering and control of
the business, acting as a trusted Finance Business Partner — providing financial
insight to help guide the Technogym strategy and enable business leaders to make
the smartest short- and long-term decisions.
YOUR IMPACT
* Oversee the implementation and development of sales reporting, in alignment
with our sales excellence process, delivering comprehensive analyses of
financial metrics and business KPIs.
* Manage forecasts of commercial performance (e.g., leads, proposals, orders,
revenue, RC, overdue) across all dimensions of the business model.
* Contribute to the formulation of forecasts and budgets by preparing monthly
variance analyses from a P&L; perspective, both in total and by business model
dimension.
