MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist (French AND Spanish Speaking) to join our team in Rome. As part of our team, you will manage customer inquiries, make and answer calls and communicate via e-mails. Answering customers inquiries via ticket system or phone calls;
Ensuring customer satisfaction and managing follow-ups;
Applying the procedures in compliance with the company's standards and policies.
We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results.
Computer literacy, especially MS Office;
Fluent level of English, French and Spanish ;
Previous experience in contact with customers is a plus;
Experience of planning complex schedules of activities.

Internship (tirocinio), 40 hours per week
Monday – Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
Rome - hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days home office)
