You will unify IT stacks from acquired companies into a cohesive ecosystem and maintain secure, smooth infrastructure. You’ll enable seamless live events and ensure reliable hardware, software, and SaaS tooling. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold high standards and drive operational excellence.Retribuzione / Benefits
Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and SaaS tools (helpdesk)
Own the integration of IT stacks from acquired companies into a centralized ecosystem
Maintain office IT infrastructure including networking, conferencing, and access control
Lead onboarding and offboarding of hardware and software (accounts, devices, access)
Provide technical support for live events (testing, setup, troubleshooting)
