Freyssinet is seeking a Human Resources Manager in Italy to support teams across three sites around Milan. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle and partner with managers to drive people strategies in a broad, hands-on role.
Reporting to the management team, this position blends operational HR with strategic support, including payroll, recruitment, onboarding, training and employee relations in an international, matrix environment.
