Job Overview We're looking for a Key Account Manager focused on expanding existing enterprise accounts. This is a field role: meeting customers, building relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and helping them scale. Responsibilities Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic accounts Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and expansion into new markets and channels (B2 B, B2 C) Build strong relationships across the organization: operations, logistics, finance,



C-level Work closely with Customer Success to identify growth opportunities Negotiate contract renewals and expansions Act as the main point of contact for partnership growth Represent Shippy Pro in the field: customer visits, industry events, trade shows Bring strategic insights from the market to the internal team Qualifications 5+ years of experience in account management, key account, or B2 B field sales roles Proven track record in customer expansion and upselling Ability to build long‐term relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level Strategic mindset Strong negotiation and commercial skills Willingness to travel and spend time in the field Benefits Meal vouchers (remote or onsite) No clock‐in/out policy One‐time home office allowance Company welfare Mental healthcare Expenses‐paid trips to HQ for meetups Compensation Fixed salary within the €48k–€65k range with ≥40% premio. #J-18808-Ljbffr
