Experteer Overview In this role you will work within Oliver Wyman's Data & Analytics team to solve client challenges through tailored analytics solutions. You’ll engage across the project lifecycle, from prototyping to validation, collaborating with colleagues and clients at all levels. Collaborate with clients and colleagues to design and assess analytics solutions
Develop prototypes and validate their effectiveness for client problems
Build models and tooling (e.G., NLP, risk, decarbonization) to support decision making
Engage in discussions with clients to explain technical concepts in clear terms
Contribute to projects spanning multiple sectors and geographies
Apply data-driven methods to address risk, customer, and operational challenges




Leverage latest technologies to expand analytical toolkit
Support knowledge transfer and coaching within the team
Responsabilità
Bachelor, Master, or PhD in a quantitative discipline
Data-driven mindset and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
Programming skills in Python or R (eagerness to learn more technologies)
Strong teamwork and resilience in a dynamic environment
Excellent English and Italian communication skills
Interest/experience in financial services and risk management is a plus
Analyst: at least 6 months in specialized consulting firms or top-tier banks; Senior Analyst: at least 2 years in same environments
