Responsibilities Assume daily store operations and provide professional, accurate eye examinations using the latest technology.
Conduct comprehensive visual tests.
Offer personalized counseling on contact lenses, frames, and style.
Adapt optical and anatomical fit of eyewear.
Welcome customers and manage daily store activities.
Qualifications Diploma for the profession of Optical Technician and/or a degree in Optics and Optometry.
Alignment with values: transparency, responsibility, teamwork.
Strong customer service orientation and listening skills.
Motivation to achieve targets and contribute to store and company success.
Preferable prior experience in optical retail.
Compensation & Benefits Level 3 CCNL for licensed optical technicians (indicative salary: €28,000 – €30,800, depending on experience and skills).
Level 2 CCNL for graduates in Optics and Optometry (indicative salary: €31,500 – €32,900, depending on experience and skills).
