We are looking for a HR Specialist to join our team as part of the EU Pay Transparency Project, specifically focusing on the Compensation Workstream/Employee Agevolazioni Workstream respectively.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and contributing to various tasks within the project, collaborating with stakeholders across HR, legal, and external consultancy teams.Compensation & Benefit Mapping & Valuation: In accordance with a guidebook provided, contribute to the compensation & benefits mapping and valuation process, helping to determine which compensation & benefit elements should be included or excluded from Pay Transparency reporting.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with various stakeholders, including Project Overall Lead, HR IT team, Compensation & Benefits (C&B;) Hub Leads, Country HR teams, HR Operations, and Labour Law/Labour Relations and with external consultancy firm and tech solution provider.
Report on status and potential risks to the respective Workstream Lead.

Maintain records and reports in line with legal and organizational requirements.
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR – preferably with additional experience gained in compensation & benefits subject matters.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
Solid understanding of project management, including the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Language skills: Profound communication skills (written and spoken) in English. Additional language skills are a plus.
Experience in HR systems, and technology solutions for compensation and benefits would be a plus.
