Team members collaborate closely with front and back office colleagues and external providers to ensure efficient and compliant execution of financial transactions. Role Description Responsibilities include monitoring and validating trades excuted by Cllients, overseeing settlement processes, reconciling positions and cash flows, and resolving discrepancies with internal and external counterparties. The role involves producing reports, ensuring data accuracy in internal and external systems, and supporting adherence to regulatory and internal controls.
The Middle Office Specialist will also assist in process improvements and documentation to enhance operational efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Milan. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Middle Office Operations and Settlement skills, including experience with trade validation and reconciliations. Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge and trading support experience, with familiarity with financial instruments and market practices. Candidates should possess excellent Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify issues, and propose practical solutions. Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints.
